Rethinking about the infinite and finite games

Its interesting how the world is changing the games are being rewritten. And now the question is “how do rethink about this entire system. From a long time, I have been into this perception about startups and maybe I can become a Pm. But the roles that were once desired aren’t being used right now.

and things are just becoming the average of all the people around. For eg, UPI hasn’t been changed . If you notice all the UPI apps, they have been literally the same and even a food delivery startup like Swiggy and upi: phone pe looks the same, the same only block designs, so what do we do.

How do we think something completely away from the averageness around, and build something that now defines the status quo. That is a real question

People thought that startups are a way to success but now there are mass layoff happening there, people though that going with career lattice of mba and getting into fang was the way to climb up but that is changing. So the rules are getting rewritten. And now we have to think fundamentally and through first principles of what will work and what won’t work.

This starts with just questioning everything.

Now we have a few assumptions here

1. Its all about demand and supply on what is valuable and what will give wealth
2. Its about creating a delta 4 product that is way more efficient than the previous one.
3. Its about rethinking from first principles on everything : especially design and the way thing are done.

Secondly

I have been doing many things that seemed more of finite games. Were I thought here are a fixed rules and if I play with them then, I can climb up the lattice.

Now there is a lot of chaos in the system and the next few years are super chaotic. So how do we know build something and stay super ambitious about it. While not thinking of it as a burnout.

The real question is what can I be doing everyday to just build leverage and position myself better in this chaotic world.

And this starts by asking

1. What fill fundamentally not change. We know the basic desires won’t change and we know Indian is a status driven society. So constantly asking how can I solve this [x] more efficiently and at scale
2. Being super aware of the macro data and the changes about India or whichever market you are targeting.
1. We know that this is a probability game and that means doing a lot of micro experiments. what other micro products can I build along (not necessarily delta 4 but delta 3 also )

Defining ambition: from the ken’s podcast about ambitious. I liked how they said that ambition and purpose is a daily thing to do, I think what works for me is just asking this question

“what can I being doing this second to position myself better” - now mostly when I ask that - I always try to read something. Which does brings me asymmetrical information and the more asymmetrical information I gather, the more I increase my odds but I should think of other forms other than get asymmetrical information. - this could be understanding new tools and other ways to get information.

So to summarise. I should do two things

1. Build really fast(less variable but perfecting them)
   1. Building more in the AI thing (micro products + the dating thing as a big bet)
   2. Redefining what am I building (mostly design and how do I approach it ) since human desires are already set and I don’t want to change them ) from first principles rather than trying to copy what is around me and fitting in and making incremental changes)
2. Starting writing and posting them (automating)

Now thinking of this like a music artist. Lets say I am a music artist and how will I be doing this, where my music is a bunch of these mico products that I can scale and make money off
