Evolution of the solution (read this before presenting)
- Round 2, version 1: Delivery Concierge Agent. Household QR badge, 2 to 3 m geofence, voice priority list, payment release. Company: Delhivery. → file 04
- Voice-first rethink. The call at about 1 hour or 1 km, three availability states, photo drop-off, video proof for returns. Raised that this "breaks the qr". → file 05
- Round 3 final: Flipkart / Ekart, "kabootar". Voice call, WhatsApp, QR per waybill sent as a picture, agentic COD with UPI Reserve Pay, confidence-gated manual call, T-5 and T-3 stack triggers. → files 08, 09
Decisions (settled)
- Agent name: kabootar (the earlier Round 2 working name "Dwar" is retired).
- Company: Flipkart, through Ekart. Delhivery stays in the record only as the Round 2 answer to "who should have built this already?".
- Autonomy level: L3.
Still open
- Cut-off text on the boards: a few lines at the edges of the big boards were cut off or too small; they are marked
[…]in file 09. The Whimsical links in file 08 are the source of truth. - Round 3 deliverables not yet written: endpoints with request/response, rail scores out of 10, landing page, simulation recording (see the checklist in the MAIN document §11).
